We are Dr. Luca De Stavola and Dr. Andrea Fincato, two oral surgeons and friends that decided to pursue the same goal through YDF: helping colleagues achieve the best version of themselves as professionals and get to the top of their career.

Dr. Luca De Stavola

  • Graduated in Dentistry at the University of Padua (Italy) in 2001. Post Graduate program in Oral Surgery at the Prof. Khoury’s Clinic (Olsberg, Germany) in 2007. Master of Oral Medicine in Implant Dentistry at the University of Munster (Germany) in 2007. Elected President of the Italian Academy of Osseointegration (IAO) for the years 2027-2028.
  • Private office in Padua and Treviso, Italy.
  • Co-inventor of the computer guided bone harvesting concept (SafeCut) and of the patented digital-workflow.
  • Invited Speaker at the Spanish Society of Periodontology Annual Congresses (SEPA) 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2022 at the EAO Annual Congresses 2017, 2019 and 2022. EUROPERIO10 in 2022.
  • Author and Co-Author of Peer-reviewed Manuscripts published in International Journals such as J. Oral and MaxilloFacial Implant (JOMI) and J. Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry (PRD).
  • Visiting Professor and Lecturer at the University of Padua (Italy), Eastman Institute UCL (London, UK).
  • Co-founder of the YOUR DENTAL FUTURE Academy, advanced training centre in Padua for bone augmentation and digital dentistry.

Dr. Andrea Fincato

  • Graduated in Dentistry and Dental prosthetics at Padua University in 2002.
  • Experienced in oral surgery, implantology and periodontology, specialising in computer guided surgery since 2006.
  • President of Simplant Academy for the year 2014.
  • Conducted computer guided surgery specialisation courses at the University of Padua 2011-2015.
  • Ordinary member of CAI Academy and Partner in the Digital Dental Society.
  • Won best poster award for clinical research and case reports at the 2015 International Congress of the Italian Society for Osseo- integration.
  • Author and Co-Author of scientific articles featured in relevant international medical journals.
  • Speaker at national and international congresses for continuing education and research.
  • Dr Fincato partners private dental practices in the northern Italian provinces of Padua, devoting most of his time to oral and computer guided surgery.
